Skylar 7 months and Kelly 3 years (almost 4)

It is amazing to me how much kids change. It seems over night they transform into a whole new person. It's bitter sweet.

Kelly is back in preschool. He enjoyed the summer break but he missed his bus rides to and from school twice a week. His speech has improved so much. He talks in complete sentences and can express himself  much better. We still can't get him to sleep in his bed at night but we try weekly. He has grown out of all his church pants and most of his cute shorts. He loves to vacuum still and has to help with whatever we are doing. He is very smart and learns how use things quickly. He enjoys playing with other kids and asks to go outside all the time to play. He is now obsessed with playing games on Shayne's phone or i-Pad (Thanks Camille). He always sneaks in a million few random pictures as well. He tries to dress himself and has to pick out his outfits and jammies every day and night. If you ask him what he wants for dinner he usually says, 'Hmmmm.... PANCAKES!'.  He is over juice and requests chocolate milk.

Skylar. Oh our dear Little Miss. She says, 'Mummm' and 'Da-da'. And we catch a random 'Hi!' some days. She talks to herself and is quite content. She does not like to be left out and will let you know if she is feeling ignored. She has 2 bottom teeth and has grown more hair. She gets on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth. She rolls all over the place and when she is in her walker she cruises around the living room and kitchen. When she wakes up in the morning, she still puts her hands on your face and smiles. She is not a fan of vegetables and still loves fruit. She eats about 7-8 ounces of formula each feeding. She wiggles and opens her mouth wide when she sees her bottle. I think our biggest challenge will be getting rid of the bink. She loves her bink.

We love our kids. I don't know what we would do without them.

I just love him!

I saw this quote, and I fell in love with it. We have had a lot of trials this year, and this is just a perfect reminder.
