Doesn't the post title sound powerful? It
kind of is. After 2 months of submitting horrific heaps of paperwork, we are
finally closing on our refinanced mortgage loan. Lower interest rate and a
lower monthly mortgage payment? Ummm….. YES please! Yippee Ki Yay. I am not ecstatic at all. Could
ya tell?
